I already tried the TAP company, that uses to have the best prices, and also the Alitalia, but all the options were SO expensive! And the trip should be in january, not near to hollydays… Some suggestion?

Cheap flights from Lisbon to Italy go to Milan - easy jet, Air Berlin, and Germanwings are the airlines. There are flights on Ryanair to Pisa. From either Milan or Pisa, you could get a train the rest of the way to Rome.

   Skyscanner is another good site for budget flights: There are a number of cheap options with a transfer at an intermediate site in January. It looks like you could get a round trip in January for a little under 100 euro; this identifies the cheapest option every day in January:
